Literally the most awful service I've ever experienced with an agency... Answers the phone in Spanish for English customers. Transferred me to other people without informing me first. Kept giving me the run around with inaccurate quotes saying I qualified for a lower rate, then would turn right around saying I didn't qualify for anything lower once I agreed to the quote they gave me, not once but TWICE. So in turn I decided to work with a different agency to get a second opinion and they were actually able to get me a much lower rate with the same benefits. Really makes me wonder how long I was overpaying for my car insurance... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Agent: Lisandra HernandezAfter several hours trying to find insurance with other much more disorganized companies (including some of the big ones that I will not name here), the agent (Lisandra Hernandez) resolve all our problems in a matter of minutes. We learned our lesson (future reference): just go directly to Golden Trust and you'll get better service and - I know this sounds crazy - reasonable deals.

This is the worst company I ever seen. They don't pay any attention to the customer needs and wants. They just sell the insurance and you cannot cancel it at all. They make all the dirty games to make you not cancel it. Don't trust them, go find another company.
