Very grateful to her for going above and beyond and helping us find the best rate with Progressive.We're cancelling State Farm because they keep screwing us over with the DMV, almost got my mom's license revoked because State Farm didn't send our insurance files to the DMV. Alejandra tried to rip me off and offer me the more expensive options for auto insurance when I expressed a tight budget, saying it was the "cheapest possible". Upon saying that I will look elsewhere and hanging up, magically she came up with a much more reasonable option (about $150 LESS than the number she originally gave) which was the minimum coverages by law which I had already expressed that I needed. I took the deal, but yeahhh if you can help it, go somewhere else.

Literally the most awful service I've ever experienced with an agency... Answers the phone in Spanish for English customers. Transferred me to other people without informing me first. Kept giving me the run around with inaccurate quotes saying I qualified for a lower rate, then would turn right around saying I didn't qualify for anything lower once I agreed to the quote they gave me, not once but TWICE. So in turn I decided to work with a different agency to get a second opinion and they were actually able to get me a much lower rate with the same benefits. Really makes me wonder how long I was overpaying for my car insurance... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
